New Zealand Ice-Cream yo!

by melmonica on June 24th, 2012

I have always love desserts. But I’m the stingy type 1. I won’t splurge on desserts unless I had a tough day at work then reward myself with sweet calories wtf.

Being a stingy person, I’ve never tried premium ice-cream except for Haagen Daaz. That one also use RM50 voucher to redeem 1 wtf.

So when we got the chance to taste 2 new flavours from New Zealand ice-cream, I jumped and said yes!

I’ve heard so much of it just that too kiam to pay wtf. So here we go.

Pecan Praline Crunch Cookie Sundae, RM12.90

My my, this is one sinfully rich baby. It’s a creamy scoop of Pecan Praline Crunch ice cream and top off with a double chocolate cookie.

I particularly couldn’t get enough of the sundae because it comes with caramelized pecan nuts, chocolate syrup and whipped cream *lick* Definitely an ice cream that makes me feel like a princess for a day. (Well at least one that doesnt gain weight wtf)

Pecan Praline Crunch Affogato, RM13.90

I never take coffee. In fact I’m a little allergic to it but for New Zealand ice cream i shall try.

This is a little different from the earlier ice cream that we tried. Same scoop of ice-cream, eaten together with an espresso shot. Cos I don’t drink coffee thus I didn’t quite like it but coffee lover will totally love it. It leaves you with the bittersweet taste that will keep you up all day long lol.

With Candice Chai, one of the friendly marketing exec that attend to us ensuring that we are all well fed lol.

Thanks New Zealand ice cream for the opportunity. It certainly makes me realized that hey, we can now have premium ice cream at an affordable price.

The 2 flavours above are available for a limited time only. So hurry up and get a taste of it. Cheers!

  1. Nyum nyum! Definitely prefer the second one over the first although, I still think their scoop one is the best! šŸ˜€
