I am guilty of this. I go everywhere with my cellphone. I can never live without my cellphone. I’d do anything for my cellphone wtf #exaggerating

I bring it to meetings. To pantry. To toilet also.

And when I was given the chance to review this phone, I utilize it to the maximum; I checked-in wherever I go.

[Scenario 2 - I got a cool cellphone but I can't use it wtf]

True story.

Signed up for it after I went for NTV7 Feel Good Run. I managed to accomplish my goal – non-stop running for 7km. So this time, I challenged myself to a non-stop 10km run.

Was anxious to see so many runners! It was my first, big, proper run in KL. Was all pumped up with Evo 3D.

Went with 2 of my very good buddies – Kenny and Leon.

Marathon starts!

What I love about marathon is when you see a sea of people running together with you, you get this adrenaline rush.

Your leg won’t stop running even though the bottom half of your body is tired.

I was running from behind and saw that this girl made a sign saying – It’s my birthday. And I was thinking, why not make a stranger’s day. So I picked up the pace and went over to wish her happy birthday.

After 3km, people start to walk. I on the other hand, was determined to keep running no matter how tough it is. And this run is way challenging than NTV7 run lor. That’s cuz we run by the road which I think it’s a bad idea. Instead of running to be healthy, we were exposed to cars fume, carbon dioxide and there are like… 5 slopes we need to go through.

Can’t believe I ran all the way to KL Sentral. Wan dieeee already that time. But I told myself. Must. Keep. Running.

2 songs kept ringing in my mind – Heart Skipped A Beat by Lenka and Keep Walking or I’ll Kill You by Agnes Kain which I changed the title to Keep Running or I’ll Kill You wtf.

By the 7th km, my left knee was giving me problem. It started from the NTV7 run where after the run, I felt pain in the joint. But this time around, even before I finish the run also it was giving me problem already. I was determined not to walk because I want to reach the finish line saying ‘I successfully ran 10km’ But… after a while, I don’t think it’s a good idea to strain it so I walked with disappointment all the way back to the finish line.

Along the way, to distract myself from dwelling in frustration, I turned to HTC Evo 3D. Tweeted, took pictures, checked-in (to damn a lot of places lor). Thankfully I have the phone with me. If not… I think I’d sob silently wtf.

Saw these girls at the final 1km. Instead of motivating me to go further, it makes me sadder. My upper body is full of spirit and energy to finish but my knee hurts like mad. Even walking hurt really bad.

Think I took like almost 2 hours to finish the run cum walk wtf.

Hazy KL at around 9+am.

Then we went to one of the kopitiam at Petaling Street for breakfast. Had loh mee which was so good. RM5 man wtf. In Sitiawan I can get bigger bowl at the price of RM2.50

But still, I brought my EVO baby so that I can tweet on the go.

Hmm, please ignore Kian Fai‘s comment that only 4 people were using #aloudasia2 hashtag that’s cuz the MC, Sasi the Don didn’t get people to use the hash tag when they tweet.

First performance was newcomer, Eliza Thomas.

I love how with HTC Evo 3D, you don’t need to do any fancy adjustment or use filter to make pictures artsy. It captures real life moment yet make it look artsy fartsy. Totally love the flare which makes the surrounding artistic.

I’m not sure if it’s the concert light setting or HTC Evo 3D that dramatize my picture. You can totally capture  and share with your friends online on the spot because HTC phone were made to accommodate your lifestyle.

I know sometimes you just want to shout it out to the world on what you’ve just saw. Like when Estranged played Itu Kamu, I almost cried with joy. I’ve been waiting for that song and I even tweeted them (before the concert) asking if they will perform that song or not.

I know how I sidetracked to another topic (was supposed to stick to Aloud Asia 2) but I just can’t deny how this HTC Evo 3D has changed the way I use my phone.

I also realized that being a blogger, 2 essential items to have:-

1. A DSLR for that picture perfect moment (or a good quality compact camera)

And thankfully, I had the HTC Evo 3D phone to review when all this fantastic concerts were happening, so it was just right timing. With HTC Evo 3D I can capture those priceless moments.

All of us were excited and didn’t let the moody weather/ rainy day dampened our mood. I for one was excited cos tonnes of Malaysian artists are going to perform – Faizal Tahir, Yuna, Pop Shuvit just to name a few.

Plus with my new 16 – 85 lens, I was all excited to take good concert pictures.

Unfortunately… at the security gate, Jfook & I were denied entry because of our big ass camera. We were not allowed to bring in DSLR because the other concerts forbid people from bringing it, so I guess Suara Kami followed suit (not to be left out).

I was so bummed. I endured the rain and all that and now you tell me I can’t bring in my camera??? Tried to reason out with them but I was at the losing point.

I don’t really follow Malaysian politics but kudos to our Prime Minister for making an appearance.

I heart Yuna because… she’s the ambassador for Libresse wtf.

Yeah, I know I’m supposed to like her for her music but I always mistaken her music with Zee Avi‘s.

This is the first time me listening to Faizal Tahir singing live. Been listening to him since my uni days and his songs were one of the most frequently played songs on my iTunes.

Unfortunately, he didn’t sing any of his first album song so i mumble aiyayayaya to his songs wtf.

The place was freakin’ pack (miss our VIP treatment during World Stage) and not enough space for me to move around and dance comfortably.

Think I screamed the loudest and jumped the highest amongst the mat repit around me who knows every words to Faizal Tahir’s song haha.

OMGGGGGG~! Was uber excited when Nelly performed. Been waiting all my life for this moment wtf #exaggerating

When he was out, everyone went insane. People all around me was singing and dancing to his songs especially Dilemma.

All in all, I had a great time. Was feeling a bit superior because I had the HTC Evo 3D with me. Seriously, when I brought it out to tweet/ take pictures, people around me started checking out my phone.

Thank you Farahnaz for bringing this precious baby to me so that I don’t need to go all the way to KL to collect it.

Here’s me signing my soul off to HTC.

Frankly speaking, I was a bit dumb dumb duno how to use the phone.

After movie screening (which is usually 11+) dunno what I pressed and I accidentally called someone. Someone with no name in my phone book sumore.

And honestly, I’ve always been a Samsung phone user. Call me advocate if you want to. I’ll go high 5 with people who uses Samsung phone and mehh on other phone brands. And I will swear by Samsung wtf.

But because my job is to review the phone thus… Adios Samsung!

Though I’ve heard all the canggih manggih stuffs about HTC Evo 3D, I can’t help but feeling skeptical of what it can do that even though I set my alarm the next day at 8am, I woke up an hour earlier cos I don’t trust HTC to wake me up wtf.

2nd day onwards, I got the hang of using the phone. And been slowly adapting to how easy and user friendly HTC Evo 3D is.

The day started off with some drizzle and it got heavier by the time all of us meet up. We waited for the rain to subside before making out way there. We were all first-timer except for Putri so we were super excited despite the gloomy weather.

But when we arrived, there were no hot air balloon around also. Only got kite wtf. And the PA system announced that due to the weather, it was postponed to 5pm FOL. Can see many people left disappointed. Nevertheless, we still had some fun taking pics

They were all from the same media agency before they went separate ways. And this industry is super small lor. Almost everyone knows everyone. Which means news spread fast if one misbehave wtf.

They were all super crazy & fun bunch of people. Too bad I was with them for a while before getting ready for Nuffnang Sharing Session at Frames, Sunway Pyramid.

It was called Frames simply because the owners like photography and they have photo frames of pictures around the cafe! Very nice, cosy place for mini gathering. However, it was not brightly lit so pictures turned out quite dark

Eleng!!!!! is one super funny girl. So friendly, we instantly clicked. Sherry and I officially adopt her into our Innit family

After dinner, we went to Topshop to look for bikini. Baru first time meet and she has already seen my Chinese tea cup @.@

Surprise of the day was seeing Wendy! From afar, you can see a blonde girl walking in together with Timothy and Audrey and instantly, you know she must be Wendy.

For ice-breaking session, each person takes turn to introduce themselves, blog URL and complete this ‘If I have a magic wand, I would….’

Ringo!! You know like how some bloggers looked different in person cos they photoshop their picture kao kao but she doesn’t lor. She looks exactly the same, think even prettier in person. But she looked so skinny like she’s about to break anytime if someone touches her.

She’s so pretty right? That’s why she’s the celebrity blogger and I’m not wtf.

Oh, I know why Ringo is prettier than all most of us! I noticed that she worked her angle right. I was helping someone to take picture with her and whenever I move my camera angle, Ringo angles her face as well. And that’s why she looks good in every, single picture. No kidding. So, aspiring model or celebrity bloggers, apart from writing well, you must also know your camera angle wtf.

At first I didn’t want him to use his external flash cos my eyes are so small already and with flash, it’ll scared my timid eyes and it’ll shut close wtf. I told Audrey how she doesn’t need to worry cos she has big eyes but she was saying big eyes equal to bigger eye bag and I’m like no such thing I also got big eye bag k. We were comparing eye bag, I feel like comparing eye bag = see who works harder in their day job wtf.

Ok, let’s talk about the food there.

Appetizer – Grilled mussels with ham and cheese.

Main course – Salmon, chicken, asparagus and mashed potato. It is arguably the best mashed potato I’ve ever tasted. I just kept scooping considerably amount of it into my mouth. And the chicken was oh-so-tender and juicy.

Fish with curry beef. I actually didn’t manage to taste the curry. Was whisked to the ladies with Sherry lolz. And when I came back, all sapu-ed edi. Guess, it must be a fav dish cos this was the only dish that was completely cleared.

Spicy carbonara sphagetti. Didn’t manage to taste this as well gahhhhhh~

The Nuffies were kind enough to give us 2 complimentary TGV tickets to watch any movie we want. Heard the TGV at 1Utama is closed for renovation? So the nearest TGV in PJ area is Sunway Pyramid? Please correct me if I’m wrong. And next weekend I’m going to Pangkor and I have yet to buy my bikini. Can’t go topless right. Ewww… Chinese tea cup wtf

This is my second time meeting Tim actually. My first time was… for an interview with Nuffnang. I’ve never told anyone about this cos… I didn’t get the job wtf. But it was a good experience cos I get to go to their office wtf but it was one of the toughest interview session I’ve ever been. It lasted for 3 hours and I was interviewed by 3 different people. I remember when I was there, they had a plate of sushi in the pantry. So anybody who’s hungry can just walk over and popped a sushi into their mouth.

Thank you Nuffnang for the invite and Frames for the great dinner. But then…. why no dessert de -.-

Tears started rolling.

I’ve been so patient for the whole day not disturbing his guys day out. And now it’s after midnight still not enough to lepak?

Not that I wana stop him from going out but… at this time when I need him the most. I just wish that he would make me feel wanted.

Not just call to update me about his whereabouts. Not just saying ‘I love you. Muacks’ at the end of every phone call just cos it’s a thing we always say.

I just want to hear you say you love me and really mean it.

By that time I started to send him some really nasty text cos I was angry that he wasn’t with me when I needed him the most.

No point changing to digi.

Fuck off.

I will be gone. Ja.

And then I switched off my handphone.

I really tak tahan why I need to suffer, miss him like hell. What am I doing with my life?? I’m freakin’ 24 this year. I am supposed to have the time of my life. Chasing my dreams.  Do the wildest craziest thing. But over the weekend, I just stayed at home and locked myself in the room.

I didn’t feel like meeting anyone. I didn’t feel like talking to anybody.

I onlined/blogged/FB/read/eat = chocolate/biscuits yepp, that’s practically what i ate on saturday

That’s why in my previous blog I wrote that my condition right now is WAYYY worst that UMS. At least back in UMS, I was eating proper food.

12.15am

He called. We argued/cry/he brainwashed me/i cried even more

for that 45 minutes, he was practically brainwashing persuading me. To move to Penang and live together.

I hesitated. Cos I am not ready to move in with him. I worried if it might damage than do good to our relationship.

Okay okay… I really do want to be with him. But I just can’t… i just can’t…

If I were to move to Penang,  I basically am giving up my career. My future. I’ve never done anything like that. Especially for a boy.

What makes you think that you won’t get a good job in Penang? You have Intact Group. Nuffnang.

Yeah, but how fucking sure are you that I’ll get a job in either of this company?

Then he said, let’s work in Singapore by end this year.

That time lagi I pening kepala. I’m not sure if I can get a job in Penang now you’re asking me to find a job in Singapore??

The conversation ended with a lot of sighing. A lot of ‘I need time to think it through‘ and a lot of ‘I need to sleep. Working tomorrow.’

6.15am

Woke up WAYYY earlier than the time I set. Bersemangat cos I made up my mind. I realised this year I didn’t make any new year resolution and now am making one.

Finally, I’m ready to take charge of my life.

7.05pm

I told you. Every time after work, I feel like I should stay in KL. My job opens up so many learning opportunity which I’m yearning of. Can’t just throw it all out of the window just for a boy.
